Rental Rules

Rental Time
Your reserved time includes setup and cleanup (except Large social events)

A $50 fee will be charged if you exceed your time slot.

Clean-Up
Clean up after yourself and your guests.

Throw away trash, vacuum or sweep as needed, and wipe down surfaces.

Return any furniture or props to their original place.

Venue Use & Liability
Venue is rented as-is. Notify us of any issues right away.

Use of the space is at your own risk.

All renters and guests must sign a Liability Waiver prior to use.

Renters are responsible for their guests at all times.

Prohibited Actions
No removing items from the Venue. Missing items will be charged.

No Outside Liquor or general use of kitchen

Any damages will result in additional fees.

No illegal, dangerous, or negligent behavior.

No nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content allowed.

Surveillance Notice
The premises is under video and audio surveillance at all times.

A designated changing area is available for privacy.

Renters must inform guests of this surveillance policy.

General Rules
Use only pre-installed hooks for hanging decor.

No food or drinks on furniture.

No pets, open flames, candles, glitter, confetti, or smoke bombs.

All doors must be locked when leaving.

Only one photographer per rental unless approved in advance.

Workshops or large events must be approved before booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to $50 fee and based on availability.

Same-day reschedules not allowed; full rental fee will still apply.

No refunds for unused time.

Twelve18 may cancel at their discretion with a full refund provided.

Final Requirements
All renters and guests must sign the Waiver of Liability.

Proof of insurance may be required.

Renters must notify guests of surveillance, and obtain parent/guardian consent for minors
