Jen followed her creative nature through VICI cosmetology coursework, Aveda certifications, transformative sessions in London, Toronto, and New York City, and countless lowlights, highlights, cuts, and blowouts -- all for the love of hair, not dramatics, of course.

​

In 2008, Jen knew it was time to wholly commit to local roots and tap into her second sense-- business. Allure Salon and Spa was always the long-term goal line.

Since opening, styles have certainly changed (think full bangs, balayage, and fashion colors, oh my! The salon expanded quite literally in size, adding a spa and several high-demand services.

Today, Jen enjoys seeing the Grafton, Wisconsin area shine, as much as her clients and professional talent. Whether it's behind her salon chair, teaching and learning from her staff, uniting for a fellow storefront, or school team, Jen leads with her three senses--

beauty, business and community.
